New York Knicks Star Josh Hart Takes Another Shot at Selling Florida Home for $5.7 Million
New York Knicks star Josh Hart has relisted his sprawling Florida mansion for $5.69 million—just one year after removing the home from the selling block.
The 31-year-old shooting guard and his wife, Shannon Hart, snapped up the palatial mansion in 2022 for $4.75 million.
Last year, they listed the property for $5.9 million, then cut the price to $5.8 million, before removing it from the market.
Now, the home has been relisted with Michael Martinez of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, as first reported by The Wall Street Journal.

The five-bedroom mansion spans 5,800 square feet and features lush amenities.
"Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in Pinecrest's coveted Coconut Palm Estates, this exceptional 5-bedroom, 5-bath residence offers the perfect balance of privacy, sophistication, and resort-inspired living," reads the listing.
Soaring ceilings and large windows flood the home with natural light. The chef's kitchen is equipped with stylish cabinetry, a large white island, and state-of-the-art appliances.
"Thoughtfully designed with an expansive open floor plan, the home showcases spacious living and entertaining areas, a charming breakfast nook, a beautifully appointed kitchen with designer appliances and walk-in pantry, and the convenience of second-floor laundry facilities," adds the listing.
The primary bedroom is the perfect place to relax thanks to its large balcony, which offers sweeping views of the property's lush setting.
"Designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living, expansive covered terraces provide inviting spaces for relaxation and entertaining, while a resort-style pool, summer kitchen, and private putting green create the ultimate setting for alfresco dining and year-round enjoyment," the listing notes.

The home offers a "remarkable opportunity to experience refined South Florida living in one of Pinecrest's most desirable neighborhoods," the listing continues.
Hart also installed a putting green and an outdoor sound system.
Although Hart spends the majority of his time in New York, during the basketball offseason, he relaxes in Florida.
“We will be back. We loved the location," he told the Journal, revealing that he would be buying another home in the area after he retires.
Speaking about the property, Hart revealed his favorite spot was the breakfast nook: “The ability to go down there, make coffee, hang out with the boys, watch a little TV, kick it by the breakfast nook—that was the highlight.”
In 2024, the couple splashed out an undisclosed sum on a property in New York, which he purchased from local Compass real estate agent Kim Arenas.
“We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to help these amazing clients find their home! From searching off-market homes, exploring the plans to adding the final touches, it was a wonderful journey building their new home.
"We can’t wait for their family to create lasting memories here. And of course, go Knicks!” wrote Arenas.
Little is known about where the property is located or its amenities.
